Geoff leads Young Car Driver’s overall direction, guide development, editorial standards, and commercial framework. He oversees how regulated topics such as car finance and insurance are presented, helping keep content independent, transparent, and easy to understand.

As CEO and Content Lead, Geoff helps make sure Young Car Driver stays focused on clear guidance, responsible partnerships, and practical support for young drivers.

Verity helps shape, write, and review Young Car Driver content across the site, with particular focus on finance, insurance, money, and consumer decisions.

She specialises in turning technical or jargon-heavy subjects into practical, balanced guidance, helping keep the site’s content clear, accurate, and useful for young drivers and the people supporting them.

Gareth is a co-founder of Young Car Driver and brings a methodical, analytical mindset to the site. With a background in cybersecurity and IT, he supports the technical side of the business.

He also gives input where detail, structure, and problem-solving matter, including future motoring content focused on real cars, practical ownership, and what young drivers need to know before they buy.

Rebecca is an award-winning personal finance journalist with 15+ years’ experience writing about insurance, budgeting, consumer rights, and household money. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, The Times, The Independent, The Sun, Which? and MoneySuperMarket.

At Young Car Driver, Rebecca focuses on car insurance and budgeting content, helping young drivers and parents understand costs, cover, and money decisions more clearly.

Luca writes from recent first-hand experience as a young driver, sharing what it is really like to learn, practise, and pass your test today. Having passed in 2025, he brings an honest, relatable voice to the site.

Now in his first year at university, Luca continues to write for Young Car Driver, helping learners and new drivers feel more prepared, less stressed, and more understood.

Anton is the illustrator behind Young Car Driver’s custom cartoon characters and visual world. Working with Geoff, he helped develop the characters, car styling, and recurring visuals that make the site feel more familiar and friendly.

With 10+ years’ experience as a freelance cartoon illustrator, Anton creates crisp, scalable artwork for web and mobile using Adobe Illustrator, helping turn practical driving advice into warm, accessible visuals.
