Meet Gareth
Gareth is a co-founder of Young Car Driver and has helped shape the site since its early stages. He brings practical input on motoring, technology, and how the site works behind the scenes.
With a background in cybersecurity and IT, Gareth brings a methodical, analytical mindset to Young Car Driver. His input is especially useful where detail, structure, problem-solving, and technical clarity matter.
Gareth also brings more than 20 years of hands-on car ownership and restoration experience. He is an avid classic car fan, currently owning a 1960 Triumph GT6 and a Jaguar XKR, with a long-term dream of owning a Bentley Continental GT.
As Young Car Driver develops, Gareth plans to contribute more practical motoring content, including young driver car reviews focused on real cars, real costs, and what new drivers need to know before they buy.
